SIMULATED PROCESS
Simulated process printing recreates the look of full-color photography on dark garments by building tones through halftone dot patterns using spot-color inks. It bridges the gap between CMYK and spot color, delivering stunning detail on black and dark shirts.
-
Uses halftone dots and ink layering to simulate photographic depth
-
Perfect for dark garment printing where standard CMYK falls short
-
Allows highly detailed, multi-tone artwork without a white garment

CMYK
CMYK printing uses four ink colors — Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black — layered together to reproduce full-color photographic and gradient-heavy artwork. It's the go-to method when your design demands a wide color spectrum without separating every individual shade.
-
Best for photographic images, complex gradients, and multi-color artwork
-
Printed on white or light-colored garments for truest color accuracy
-
Cost-effective for designs with many colors since only four screens are used

WATERBASE
Waterbase inks are water-soluble and absorb directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top, creating a soft, breathable hand feel. They're the preferred choice for premium, fashion-forward merch where print comfort is just as important as the look.
-
Produces an ultra-soft, vintage feel with no heavy plastic texture
-
Eco-friendlier ink option with lower VOC emissions than plastisol
-
Works best on 100% cotton or high-cotton blends for maximum absorption

SUBLIMATION
Sublimation printing converts ink into gas under heat and pressure, permanently bonding color directly into polyester fibers for vibrant, all-over coverage. Because the ink becomes part of the fabric itself, prints never crack, peel, or fade.
-
Full-color, edge-to-edge printing with no garment area limitations
-
Requires polyester or polyester-blend fabric for proper ink bonding
-
Exceptional for all-over designs, performance wear, and cut-and-sew pieces

PUFF
Puff ink contains a heat-activated foaming agent that raises and expands the print during curing, giving your design a bold three-dimensional texture. It adds a tactile, retro dimension that makes artwork literally stand off the shirt.
-
Creates a raised, foam-like texture that you can see and feel
-
Works great as a standalone technique or combined with standard inks for contrast
-
Popular for vintage-inspired designs, athletic lettering, and statement graphics

GLITTER FLAKE
Glitter flake printing lays down a base adhesive ink and bonds metallic or holographic glitter particles to the surface, creating a high-impact sparkle effect. It delivers maximum visual drama for merch designed to catch the light on stage or under venue lighting.
-
Available in gold, silver, holographic, and a range of custom colors
-
Adds a standout texture and reflective finish to any garment
-
Best applied to bold shapes and large design elements for maximum impact

GLOW IN THE DARK
Glow in the dark inks contain phosphorescent pigments that charge under light and emit a visible glow in low-light or dark environments. It's a high-energy specialty print that turns your merch into an experience — not just a shirt.
-
Absorbs ambient or UV light and releases it as a luminous glow in darkness
-
Can be used as a standalone color or layered beneath standard inks for a surprise reveal effect
-
A fan-favorite for concert merch, festival gear, and limited-edition drops

SPOT COLOR
Spot color printing uses pre-mixed inks matched to specific Pantone or custom color values, ensuring exact, consistent results every run. It's the industry standard for bold, clean designs where brand color accuracy is non-negotiable.
-
Each color is printed as its own solid layer using a dedicated screen
-
Produces sharp, vibrant results on both light and dark garments
-
Ideal for logos, band merch, and designs requiring consistent color matching
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the method. Screen printing works best at higher volumes where the setup cost is spread across units — typically 36 pieces and up per design. DTF and DTG printing have much lower minimums and are ideal for smaller runs or testing new designs before committing to a larger order. Print-on-demand has no minimum at all. We'll always recommend the right method for your quantity so you're not overpaying for the wrong process.
That's exactly the kind of question we answer before anything goes to production. Screen printing is the gold standard for bold, high-volume designs that need to last. DTF and DTG handle complex artwork with fine detail and lots of colors. Embroidery signals premium quality on headwear and outerwear. Cut and sew is for when you want something that can't be replicated on a blank. We look at your artwork, your product, your quantity, and your budget — then tell you what makes sense.
Yes. We have production infrastructure across the U.S., UK, and EU, which means we can manufacture closer to where your audience is — reducing shipping costs, customs complications, and turnaround times. For touring artists playing multiple markets, this matters a lot. We route production strategically based on your tour routing and fulfillment needs.
Absolutely. Beyond apparel, we produce specialty merchandise and custom products across every category — accessories, hard goods, collectibles, packaging, and professional music duplication for physical releases. If it carries your brand, we can make it. Cut and sew manufacturing also means we can build fully custom garments from scratch — unique construction, custom fabrics, fits that don't exist anywhere else. This is where merch becomes fashion.
